- Find customers for the hotel

- Directly contact travel agencies to find customers.

- Coordinate with general manager to create sales contracts and organize implementation.

- Receive and track the list of VIP customers and loyal customers of the Hotel.

- Propose customer care plans and methods to the Department Head for approval and implementation.

- Track information on complaints and customer satisfaction.

- Build a competitor list.

- Periodically monitor competitors' marketing programs.

- Make a list of travel companies that have quoted prices and signed room price cooperation contracts.

- Monitor the process of signing and implementing service contracts.

- Develop annual/monthly business plan and submit to Department Head for approval.

- Organize implementation, monitor and report results to the Department Head.

- Search for content, update website/facebook content
