Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Learn about the company's products to: Introduce, consult, quote, track quotes, make contracts, create production orders on the internal system, track orders and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with service providers to export goods, be responsible for making documents for export shipments, monitor FCL shipments if any, and monitor debts.
Take care of and create good relationships with current customers, research the market, proactively seek to expand the market
Coordinate with Technical Department to consult on requests or resolve customer complaints.
Business trips domestically and internationally
Develop marketing through channels
Perform tasks as required by the Board of Directors or department heads.
REQUEST:
College degree or higher in Business related fields
Experienced in exporting goods, understanding Incoterms, international payments and international insurance
Knowledge and experience in mechanics and machinery is an advantage.
Good English skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
Good problem solving skills: handle customer complaints and questions intelligently and tactfully.
Ability to withstand work pressure as well as meet deadlines for completing assigned tasks.
