Job Description

    1 Search and expand your prospect file. According to the customer search process.
    2 Make a list of potential customers. Enter complete information of potential customers in Arena CRM ticket warehouse (ieltsarena.com).

    3 Set up an appointment with
    client.
    Take advantage of customers' free time to schedule appointments for level testing and consultation at the nearest branch for customers.
    4 Customer care
    • Coordinate with Admissions Specialist/TVV to propose care plans and handle arising issues.
      (if any) to promote contract signing.
    • Provide customer care on holidays and other special occasions, build good relationships with customers to recruit new students and re-register old customers.
    5 Handling feedback from
    client.
    Receive feedback from customers, report to Admissions Specialist, Admissions Team Leader to coordinate with the academic department to resolve problems arising during the customer's learning process, and contract-related problems.
    6 Collection of due and overdue debts. Coordinate with Admissions Specialist/TVV to propose plans to remind customers and collect due and overdue debts.
    7 Recruitment & support of admissions team (for Admissions Specialist level 3-4)
    • Recruitment: 1-3 Interns
    • Participate in supporting the Recruitment Specialist in interviewing new employees
    • Support team members in setting appointments and taking care of customers
    • Receive information from subordinates, participate in processing or request support from Admissions Specialist to resolve problems arising during the work process.
    8 Building a reputable corporate image and professional team.
    • Share posts from the main Fanpage/Branch Fanpages.
    • Share images and content of new customers registering at the center.
    • Share images, content of customers who have passed the band/feedback/class.
    • Share promotional programs and tuition support for customers.
    • Share images of prestigious partners, programs, and important company events.
