Understand the customer contact process, complaint handling process, customer information receiving and handling process, and fully record according to the forms of these processes.
Understand and know the features, packaging, price, advantages and disadvantages of the product, similar products, and competitors' products.
Update job knowledge by reading business and marketing books and journals; maintain customer relationships.
