Job Description

-Take care of existing customers.

-Find new customers, understand customer needs, quote, negotiate, and sign contracts

- Coordinate with warehouse and production departments to monitor the production process to ensure on-time delivery to customers. Resolve any issues that arise during/after orders.

- Track customer payment schedules
Job requirements:

-Proficient in English or Japanese.

- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Good communication skills, responsible and enthusiastic in work. Priority is given to those with knowledge of Foreign Trade, Import and Export, and international transaction experience.
