• Search and take care of customers using the company's services in the E-Commerce industry.
• Research the US market on Aliexpress, Amazon, Temu, 1688, other websites,...
• Process product information to post on e-commerce websites/platforms
• Coordinate with relevant departments.
• Professionally trained in Dropshipping industry skills.
• Search for new customers, maintain and develop customer network, approach to introduce products and services.
• Deploy, support and take care of customers before and during sales, report, update and compile customer data.
