Position: Sales staff.
Reports to: Direct Sales Manager.
Working location: Dai-ichi Life District 11 Office, 385A Le Dai Hanh, Ward 11, District 11, HCMC.
Working time: from Monday to Saturday (Morning: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm / Afternoon: 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm)
Job Description:
1. Search and develop new customers:
- Approach and understand the needs of potential customers.
- Set up meetings, presentations and consultations on company products/services.
2. Maintain and care for existing customers:
- Maintain relationships with old customers, resolve requests and inquiries.
- Ensure quality after-sales customer service.
3. Propose and implement business strategies:
- Generate ideas and propose market approaches.
- Implement approved business plans.
4. Sales tracking and reporting:
- Report sales results, work progress weekly/monthly/quarterly.
- Analyze sales data, propose revenue optimization solutions.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets: Complete assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Job requirements:
- No experience required, trained in Sales and Marketing knowledge
- Graduated from High School/ College/ University majoring in Business, Finance or related fields is an advantage
- Experience in Sales/Telesale/Customer Service is an advantage. Communication and negotiation skills: Confident, persuasive, able to establish good relationships with customers.
- Independent and team spirit: Ability to work independently and coordinate well with other team members.
