WORK CONTENT - Search for potential new customers, contact to introduce cold storage products and services to store goods. Build & develop relationships with potential customers. - Understand clearly the services that the company is providing, understand the needs/requirements/specificities of customers to provide appropriate and competitive solutions and quotes for customers. - Research the industry market, competitors, learn and propose new solutions, services, sales policies... to ensure competition and optimal exploitation efficiency. - Manage and negotiate contracts, take care of customers who have signed contracts. Ensure service provision in accordance with signed terms and customer satisfaction. - Coordinate and urge the operations department to ensure the provision of services that satisfy customers. - Coordinate with accounting department to urge debt collection. Receive/process customer feedback on service quality. Regularly contact customer care and plan to visit customers. - Anticipate customer needs and service development trends to provide appropriate improvement solutions - Update all management information and reports into the software system. - Building the image of NECS as a reliable 3PL company with leading technology. - Depending on capacity, sales staff will be assigned responsibility for completing sales levels and will be rewarded with KPIs based on completed sales results.
