Job Description

Job details:
• Plan work & implement approved plans;
• Receive customers from the marketing department, consult customers who need interior design & construction
• Meet and discuss customer needs in detail
• Synthesize requirements and quotes with the support of relevant departments
• Carry out sales and debt collection operations with customers in charge;
• Receive and handle customer complaints about products to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Develop new markets and potential customers
• Execute sales contracts, monitor the signing and execution of contracts and orders including delivery and payment.
• Monitor and update market information: price information, competitor strategies, to propose solutions to help sales activities be effective.
• Make weekly, monthly or ad hoc reports.

Request:
• College degree or higher (Priority given to majors: Business Administration/ Marketing/ Economics).
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Experience in interior/exterior project sales is an advantage
• Love business, have communication skills; customer persuasion skills, can withstand pressure at work.
• Dynamic, highly responsible in work.
• Proficient in office software, internet and social networks.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Basic salary 8 - 18 million (depending on experience) + commission + quarterly bonus + annual bonus.

• Working hours: Rotating shifts: shift 1: 8:30-17:30, shift 2: 11:00-20:00, 6 days/week.
