● Learn and research Products to introduce, advise and support Customers
● Market research & current new Towel and Socks trends.
● Find Customers, expand Markets and Develop sales points
● Customer Care
● Negotiate with customers on prices, contracts, and finalize orders.
● Offering and selling textile products, towels, socks...
● Search, establish & build relationships with potential customers on B2B and B2C e-commerce websites.
● Participate in domestic and foreign exhibitions to promote negotiations, close orders and sign contracts.
● Plan to implement sales and trade promotion programs.
● Deal with customers via email, phone, chat and face-to-face meetings.
● Synthesize, report, research and survey the market.
● Check and monitor order progress, update and coordinate with other relevant departments to deploy according to contract progress.
● Caring for and maintaining positive relationships with customers, while expanding import and export markets.
● Resolve requests and complaints from customers, and provide information to relevant departments (2-way information feedback).
● Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Candidate requirements
- Graduated from Colleges and Universities with related majors.
- Proficient in using office software.
- Passionate about the profession, highly creative, passionate about exploring, learning, and enthusiastic about work.
- Able to work and support teams well.
- Have an aesthetic eye and deep knowledge of color and fabric combinations
