•Actively greet and guide customers at the showroom to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain hygiene, arrangement and display of products in the showroom
• Set sales goals and develop sales strategy.
• Present and answer customers' questions about products and services.
• Research customer needs, provide solutions and lead customers to make product purchasing decisions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
