work content- Call and advise customers on stock codes and securities of corporations and brands such as Google, Apple, Coca Cola, Pepsi,... in addition, there are Gold, Silver, Gasoline, Oil codes, etc.
- Enter customer information data into the Company's information system (Customer data will be provided).
- Connect with customers via switchboard/call, chat via social networking platforms: zalo, facebook, sms, email,...
- Support customers in researching stock, dividend, and securities investment portfolios.
- Consulting on account operations, stock analysis, dividends, price consulting and other related operations of the customer department.
- Provide guidance and care to customers who need to research and participate in the investment process (support customers in using accounts, customers who invest more will provide more information about stocks,...).
Working hours: 8:15 a.m. - 5:45 p.m. (from Monday to Friday). Off Saturday afternoon, Sunday
