JOB DESCRIPTION

- Receive calls and advise and answer information about products and services according to customers' needs and concerns.

- Support customers with information about the company's sales procedures and processes.

- Support and care for contracted customers. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.

- Resolve arising problems, customer complaints and improve service quality better and better.

• Working hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (office hours, no overtime)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Qualification: Not required
• Male/Female from 20 - 28 years old.
• Graduated from high school or higher.
• Having experience in telesales/sales or customer care is an advantage.
