Job Description
Description of work:
Survey the market, find customers through many different channels to build potential customers, introduce products, meet and close orders, expand the market.
Take care of old customers, develop new customers.
Find out needs, update trends, market segments and propose appropriate solutions to the Department Head or Board of Directors.
Coordinate work with departments to ensure work follows plans and sales targets.
Analyze the actual situation of Customer needs along with changes and influences of the market.
Proactively plan monthly and quarterly work based on assigned targets and report daily, weekly/monthly work to the Department Head/General Director.
Introducing and consuming leather and fashion leather products.
Make deliveries and take care of customers.
Job requirements:
Graduated from College/University in Business Administration, Economics, footwear technology or other fields but have experience in the business of leather products and leather fashion;
Male/Female with at least 3 years of experience in sales and market development positions.
Have career ambitions and teamwork skills
Good communication and coordination skills, ability to analyze and solve problems
Have enthusiasm for work, hard work, teamwork ability, persuasion ability, good negotiation ability
Priority is given to candidates who know Chinese + English and have experience in the field of leather and shoe technology.
