- Make personal business plans weekly, monthly, and quarterly to meet the Company's requirements.
- Support and negotiate with buyers in transactions of buying and selling real estate products/projects with reasonable prices and policy terms beneficial to both parties.
- Find out the needs and advise customers who want to buy the company's products.
- Prepare necessary documents for contracts and real estate transactions.
- Search for potential customers, take good care of existing and new customers.
- Make periodic work reports as requested by superiors.
