Search and sell the Company's products to customers (B2B) in all fields when customers need to use the products for packaging purposes, as tools and instruments in the production process, making promotional goods, ...;
Maintain & exploit relationships with assigned existing customer groups, offer the Company's existing products or develop new products according to customer requests;
Make sales plans for the Product group in charge;
Caring for, resolving, and supporting order processing and customer requests;
Make sure to track payment progress; Receive & Resolve reasonable customer complaints;
Manage and store information and documents related to customers (Quotation, contract, official dispatch, ...);
Report on sales activities in the month and action plan for the next month;
Unscheduled reports on the performance of the assigned Product Group;
Check, monitor and update the progress of customers in charge. Establish, build, and manage customer lists;
Regularly explore and update competitor and market information (selling prices, policies, new products, replacement products, etc.);
Learn and update information about new technology.
