Introduce and advise customers to buy goods that the company is selling through sales channels such as: Fanpage, Zalo, social networking sites,...
Receive customers from the marketing department, advise customers who need to design and construct interior space.
Taking care of the customers and business channels I am in charge of.
Receive and handle customer complaints about products to maximize customer satisfaction.
Make work plans & implement approved plans;
Synthesize requirements and quote prices with the support of relevant departments
Perform sales and debt operations with customers in charge;
Implement sales contracts, monitor the process of signing and implementing contracts and orders including delivery and payment.
Monitor and update market information: selling price information, competitor strategies, to propose solutions to help sales activities effectively.
Other business-related tasks assigned by the Head of Sales Department.
Report daily work progress and complete monthly assigned KPIs.
Request:
Graduated from Intermediate/College or higher in fields related to business, marketing, tourism, and social culture.
Priority is given to those with experience in consulting and online customer care in the fields of Real Estate, spas, beauty salons, interior/exterior projects.
Priority is given to those who have knowledge and interest in the fields of culture, fine arts, architecture, home decoration, feng shui and spirituality.
