Job Description
WORK CONTENT:
Find customers (businesses, distributors), boost output revenue of the Company's plastic products (formulas, bottles, jars, plastic jars) according to the sales plan assigned by the Director;
Participate in planning and proposing sales plans
Take care of customer groups assigned by the company in accordance with the characteristics of each group and customer file.
Offer prices, samples and Company goods to customers.
Update price trends, market trends, production plans, customer purchases and advise on sales and cooperation solutions for customers.
Advise customers on features, product characteristics, and technical characteristics during the use of the Company's new products.
Coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill orders: Production planning, delivery, contracts, invoices, delivery, payment.
Maintain, regularly contact, visit customers and exchange relevant information with customers.
Receive and resolve customer feedback and complaints.
Support finding new potential customers (businesses, distributors, food, confectionery, bottled water businesses) for plastic bottle products & plastic bottle blanks,
Build & manage customer lists and potential customer lists to approach and offer products;
Support the development of sales programs, prices, discounts, sales policies, documents, sales-kits to introduce products;
Carry out all types of sales, turnover, and work reports as requested by the Director periodically, or when necessary;
Other tasks related to sales activities are assigned by the Board of Directors from time to time (if any).
