Job Description

    WORK CONTENT:
    • Find customers (businesses, distributors), boost output revenue of the Company's plastic products (formulas, bottles, jars, plastic jars) according to the sales plan assigned by the Director;
    • Participate in planning and proposing sales plans
    • Take care of customer groups assigned by the company in accordance with the characteristics of each group and customer file.
    • Offer prices, samples and Company goods to customers.
    • Update price trends, market trends, production plans, customer purchases and advise on sales and cooperation solutions for customers.
    • Advise customers on features, product characteristics, and technical characteristics during the use of the Company's new products.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill orders: Production planning, delivery, contracts, invoices, delivery, payment.
    • Maintain, regularly contact, visit customers and exchange relevant information with customers.
    • Receive and resolve customer feedback and complaints.
    • Support finding new potential customers (businesses, distributors, food, confectionery, bottled water businesses) for plastic bottle products & plastic bottle blanks,
    • Build & manage customer lists and potential customer lists to approach and offer products;
    • Support the development of sales programs, prices, discounts, sales policies, documents, sales-kits to introduce products;
    • Carry out all types of sales, turnover, and work reports as requested by the Director periodically, or when necessary;
    • Other tasks related to sales activities are assigned by the Board of Directors from time to time (if any).
