+ Take care of the company's old customer files and at the same time look for new customers
+ Exploit customer files from relationships, groups, and online sales channels (zalo, facebook, google ads)
+ Customer care and consulting on company Fanpage
2. Planning product and service portfolio, aiming to:
+ Learn all the company's products to advise customers.
+ Ensure accuracy and timeliness of providing services to customers
+ Take care and report content as required by management.
3. Resolve and handle issues arising during the sales process, in order to:
+ Timely handle problems that occur before/during/after the customer's service implementation process
+ Adjust publicly posted information if errors are detected
+ Perform tasks as assigned by company leaders
