• Responsible for consulting on the Company's Vocational Study Abroad programs.
• Work with authorities to implement consulting and recruitment of students locally.
• Work with high schools, vocational schools, and job introduction centers in localities to recruit students.
• Build recruitment channels and local collaborators.
• Research the market and competitors to propose effective solutions for recruiting sources to study abroad for vocational training.
• Other tasks as directed by superiors.
• Graduated from University or higher.
• At least 1 year of experience consulting on vocational study abroad in Germany.
• Good speaking ability, persuasion and negotiation skills with customers.
• Agile, proactive in work, loves business related to Study Abroad/Vocational Study Abroad.
• Fixed salary: 7 - 15 million, KPI, highest committed commission in the market, from 40 million/DHN contract
• Promote adequate social insurance and health insurance regimes according to regulations.
• Tet bonus, 13th month salary
