Call, introduce service consulting to customers according to the list of data provided by the company
- Exploit and understand customer needs and care for customers over the phone,
- Directly advise customers about services when they come to the company.
- Build close relationships and convince customers to use the service,
- Take responsibility and ensure KPI indicators
- Assist customers in preparing and processing documents to ensure compliance with processes, documents and relevant legal regulations.
- Manage and support workers during the labor export process, help and solve arising problems, ensure safety and labor order.
- Monitor and report operating results, evaluate work performance and propose improvement measures.
