Job Description

1. Learn and research the company's products to introduce, advise and answer customers' questions.
2. Find new customer sources, need to build data, expand relationship development, and find potential customers.
3. Support and answer customers' questions during the product selection process.
4. Negotiate and negotiate with customers on prices and contracts, close orders and support customers in signing contracts.
5. Customer care after sales, maintaining relationships with current customers
6. Contact customers and record all customer information in the customer contact report. Report weekly customer contact content to the Sales Team Leader.
7. Coordinate with relevant departments to solve customer problems.
8. Directly work with the shipping unit during the delivery and goods inspection process.
9. Monitor the contract liquidation process, expedite debt, and only complete responsibility when the customer has paid.
