JOB DUTIES
- Search for customers interested in Furniture products such as Sofa/Dining Table and Chairs. Call and advise customers who have left information on the Fanpage, make an appointment for customers to come to the Showroom or consult directly at the customer's home.
- Consulting on interior products.
- Search and collaborate with Architect and Cross-selling partners to exploit customer lists. Go to the market, build relationships in the industry with architects, contractor teams, and cross-selling partners to supplement customer data sources and increase sales.
- Meet, consult, and take care of customers at construction sites and showrooms.
- Customer care is managed by the Department.
- Make orders, send to accounting, track the entire order process
- Showroom duty
- Synthesize work plans and reports weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly as required.
