- Directly consult IELTS courses (study directly at the center, at 2 campuses Nam Dong & Van Bao) for customers and convince customers to register for courses to achieve set business targets

- Conduct telesales to create demand with data provided by the company

- Proactively search and exploit your own data sources and propose the company to support costs and resources incurred to obtain new quality data sources

- Build new customer sources and proactively seek new customer sources of your own

- Report daily work via Zalo, confirm test schedule, take trial lessons with customers via Phone, Zalo, Email,...

- Hand over students to the Class Head and Teachers for official admission procedures and customer care.

- Actively build your own group of sales collaborators according to the commission policy offered by the company
