Job Description

• Search for potential customers / receive customer information from the hotline.
• Advising customers on existing vehicle lines at the Company (self-drive or tour car).
• Process information and check customer information correctly (address, phone number, email, ....) on orders for customers.
• Follow up orders, payment status of customers, debt, ....
• Check and support mortgage asset management warehouse.
• Keeping relationships and taking care of old customers, informing customers about the Company's promotions.
• Post on website, facebook, zalo, ..... about the company's products and services.
