Job Description

Work content:
• Post product photos, post sales articles, update prices, and product inventory on e-commerce channels
• Regularly update programs and policies on products and services to customers.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to develop promotion plans, create content and post on e-commerce sites to attract customers and boost sales.
• Carry out sales activities on e-commerce channels (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki,...)
• Respond to messages and provide sales advice based on customer needs
• Find and establish relationships with target customers.
• Update customer information to the management system.
• Receive customer complaints and forward them to relevant departments for processing support.
• Other related tasks as assigned by management.
