- Acting as a direct link between customers and the company.
- Market research and development, brand building,
- Introduce the company's products to new and old customers.
- Maintain good relationship with customers.
- Actively work with the production department when having new orders: Products, delivery deadlines and order fulfillment progress.
- Work with Production department on maintenance and product maintenance.
- Coordinating with the technical department on parameters, features……when there are new products to introduce to customers.
- Support to monitor and urge debts with customers;
- Assess the impact of the external environment on the Company's business activities.
- Other functions as directed by the Sales Manager and the Board of Directors.
- Assess the impacts from other departments on the company's business and the sales department's operations.
