- Responsible for consulting and selling hotel rooms/services to guests - Support the operational aspects of business operations - Ability to support hotel services and relationship strategies, fostering customer loyalty by providing service excellence in each guest experience - Consulting, introducing guests to use the services at the hotel - Receive customer request information and process requests with relevant departments - Enthusiastically provide guests with necessary information. - Handling incoming calls from guests. - Coordinate with related departments to fulfill special requests of customers. - Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve requests, complaints - complaints of guests. - Closely follow up all business leads within 24 hours to reply to customers - Establish and maintain an accurate customer record system. - Make Sales calls to acquire new business, close orders, and complete order forms for hotel services provided in the form.
