Job duties
- Find new customers and keep old customers of the hotel
- Drafting contracts to have good terms for each customer.
- Update customer records into the administration system.
- Achieve allotted sales targets.
- Always update information and learn the market, know the tastes of customers to contribute to improve the service quality of the hotel.
- Build information channels for customers to easily access: Product features, prices, payment methods...
