Job Description

• Effectively implement sales activities for the company
• Maintain and promote sales activities for customers assigned by the company
• Set up and process customer orders.
• Taking care of the company's customer system, promoting customers to consume goods stably and develop.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints about the quality of goods, services, and sales policies of the company.
• Seeking new customers
• Planning for market development.
• Receiving and processing customer requests.
• Make a list of potential customers to promote product consumption.
• Promotion of product offerings, delivery support.
• Follow up and urge to comply with the orders placed.
• Handling arising problems: Product quality, delivery
• Collect and analyze market information.
• Collect market information, change competitors, customer groups and assigned market areas
• Propose measures to promote product promotion.
• Manage customer records and care plans:
• Create a customer profile
• Schedule customer care.
• Collect information about customers: Finance, level of engagement, scalability, product consumption.
