Develop new customers; Taking care of and maintaining relationships with old customers, ensuring sales targets.

- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries within the scope of authority.

- Plan/schedule work for existing or other potential business relationships

- Coordinate with other departments to implement and solve problems arising in the process of buying and selling goods.

- Participate in activities, industry events, customer conferences, exhibitions, exhibitions... as assigned by the Management.

- Collect information about customers and market to make business database and report.

- Make weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports as required by the Head of Department.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
