JOB DETAILS- Receiving data from potential customers who are enterprises operating in the field of Construction, Interior, M&E from Marketing department
- Introduction of software solutions for Construction Project Management for Enterprises;
- Preliminary consultation, setting up a face-to-face consultation schedule, software demo with potential customers. Persuading customers to agree to carry out a detailed survey of needs, making proposals for solutions to apply solutions suitable to the current situation of the business;
- Support to negotiate quotes, contracts, carry out procedures for signing service contracts;
- Acting as a bridge between businesses and the company's project implementation team. Maintain relationships with customers before - during - after the sale.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Graduated from College/University with majors related to Construction, Architecture;
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in one of the following positions:
+ Working in construction companies (experience in construction project management; experience in performing actual work at the construction site; experience as a salesman in a construction company... ) is oriented to the software business;
+ Working as sales staff for application software for construction enterprises.
- Ability to communicate confidently, negotiation skills, exchange with customers.
- Good project management and planning skills;
- Proficient in basic office computer skills / MS Office
- Attitude: honest, progressive
