- Ensure personal sales targets are met; - Directly advising customers to the store and consulting on the Online channel about products and Skymond brand for customers (Company Fanpage). - Receive feedback, comments from customers, support to solve customer problems; - Customer care, maintaining relationships with customers; - Actively seek, approach new customers, expand and develop customer files. - Ensure compliance with in-store service standards and online consultation regulations.
