JOB DETAILS a. Marketing job
Contact to build relationships with customers in the area of responsibility.
Analyze and evaluate potential and demand to forecast sales, propose annual sales targets to submit to superiors at the end of the year to build a whole year target plan for the whole Department.
Make monthly and weekly marketing plans based on sales targets, as well as the need to expand markets, expand relationships, etc. with customers in the area in charge and carry out marketing work under the guidance of the Process Marketing control.
Weekly and monthly work summary report, list of potential customers according to the department's regulations.
Create demand for customers: use professional knowledge and skills to introduce the company's products to customers (awareness), stimulate customers' desires (need) and transfer customers' desires into demand.
Customer care: advising customers to use the full functionality of the products provided, monitoring customer satisfaction, receiving and resolving customer complaints: product quality, delivery time , technical issues, service provision, after-sales service, etc.
Invitation to conferences, seminars, sponsorships, etc.
Carry out marketing campaigns of the department, other jobs as assigned by superiors.
