Job duties
- Know the services of the Office of Overseas Study Abroad, the list and information related to the product. Knowledge of the admissions and admissions process.
- Prepare weekly and monthly work plan to submit to Sales Manager for approval. Follow the approved plan.
- Actively research and propose programs to attract customers, expand networks/relationships with potential customers. Participating in sales planning to help the Study Abroad Consulting Department achieve high business efficiency and increase monthly revenue, implement marketing plans for the Study Abroad Consulting Department. Developing the company's brand and image, organizing events, study abroad seminars, etc. to attract and create sources of international students, Canadian settlement, tourism

- Understand the customer contact process, information complaint handling process, customer information receipt and settlement process, fully record according to the tables of these processes.
- Contact with customers and record all customer information in customer contact reports. Report the content of customer contact during the day to the Sales Team Leader.
- Develop customer source and collaborator network, follow up, take care of customers and sell according to the planned plan.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Department Manager
