Location:
• Business man
• Scope activities: Office leasing
• Office address: 85 Tan Cang, Ward 25, Binh Thanh, HCM
Job Description :
• Looking for customers who want to rent office space
• Post rentals / run ads on social media channels and e-commerce websites
• Introduce, consult, answer questions of customers
• Support customers to survey the office
• Negotiate and close VP leasing contracts with customers
• Ensure revenue and targets are set
• Other tasks as required by superiors.
1. Income and Benefits:
• Unlimited income according to ability: Basic salary + Allowance + Commission
• Support for marketing costs, customer data costs
Job requirements:
• Age: From 22 to 30 years old
• Experience in a sales position (preferably in the field of real estate sales, office leasing)
• Good communication skills, flexible and skillful handling of situations
• Careful, Diligent, Honest
