JOB DESCRIPTION
• Research, learn, evaluate the market, make plans to find potential customers in HCMC, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Long An, Ba Ria - Vung Tau; developing and taking care of potential customers;
• Research and evaluate competitors and markets;
• Project consulting, negotiation and signing of lease contracts with customers;
• Control, implement individual revenue targets, have solutions to boost sales
• Participating in negotiations to re-sign cases (if necessary)
• Perform arising tasks at the request of superiors
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Age 25- 38
• University graduate, preferably majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance/Investment or related majors
• At least 2 years of experience in the position of Business Development or Marketing, Sales/Leasing, preferably in the field of Security - Security
• Able to use computer proficiently and work-related software
• Ability to think quickly, proactively and withstand high pressure at work
