Job Description
New customer sales:
Needs, concerns, related issues of customers.
Competitor activities.
Business plan and results.
Leadership report on:
Care and maintain existing customer network.
Solve customer problems and problems to always ensure the trust and satisfaction of customers.
Coordinate with other departments to support, care and adjust appropriate policies for customers.
Upsale/ regularly remind customers of existing products of LLD.
Care/support existing customers:
Search and sign service supply contracts of LLD with agents, travel companies, individuals wishing to buy tickets for resale, purchase for individuals and relatives to use.
Provide appropriate solutions/products/services/care/after-sales for customers in order to increase revenue and profit for the business.
Build relationships with potential customers.
Find, maintain relationships and develop a network of potential customers and partners in many fields, be it direct or indirect.
Introduce, advise and persuade customers to buy and use LLD's products/services.
