Job Description

• Directly looking for customers, communicating with customers to introduce hotel rooms.
• Manage TA channels, update sales policy information, room availability and receive customer information booking through TA channels
• Inform relevant departments such as reception, rooms, prepare room setup for guests.
• Conduct daily meetings with customers in person or by phone. Report back the day's work, arising, problems from customers.
• Update the list of old customers and search for new customers by region; Update customer information, create customer database.
• Customer care (phone calls, emails, meetings,...);
• Prepare contracts, quotation letters, services sent to customers
• Collaborate with Manager to set up promotional programs
• Other tasks as required by the Sales Manager or superior leaders.
2. Request

• College graduate or higher, good persuasion ability.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, responsible in work.
• Experience in sales and marketing in the hotel industry is preferred.
