- Persuading customers to buy products from the company.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers. Develop new customer network to achieve assigned sales
- Propose a draft contract with terms agreed with the customer, according to the company's sales policy.
- Follow up the orders according to the contract, ensure delivery on time, right product, right quality as agreed.
- Regularly visit, create close relationship with customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and feedback about products and services. Job requirements - Graduated from University with major in business, chemical. - Sales experience from 2 years or more, preferably in the field of industrial hygiene chemicals. - Able to communicate in English. - There are many requirements for traveling in industrial zones in the provinces. - Dynamic, flexible and responsible in work. - Possess good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills. love business. - Ability to work independently and in a team, handle situations, under high pressure. Preferred: Experience in B2B sales is an advantage.
Benefits received:
Income: 10,000,000 – 30,000,000 VND (KPI salary will depend on the sales you bring in, and the commission for each order) Basic salary: million (depending on the experience, capacity and relationship of the candidate) Includes (Basic Salary + KPI Salary + Sales Bonus) 2 months probation (after 2 months will pay social insurance) according to the policy of labor law. Working time- Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
