Job description:

- Building and general management of MICE, event organization;

- Monthly sales planning;

- Directly exploit and find potential customers for MICE guests and event organizers;

- Design package products according to each budget norm, in accordance with customer needs;

- Together with Sales or directly meet customers in person or online to discuss customer needs, make suitable suggestions or discuss the progress of event organization;

- Planning, budgeting, supervising the organization of events;

- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Candidate Requirements:

- Can go to work immediately

- At least five years of experience in the field of group tourism;

- Male/Female, from age;

- Ability to calculate, budget;

- Good communication and negotiation;

- Teamwork, proactive and able to withstand high pressure at work;

- Priority is given to candidates with experience in handling MICE delegations
