* Search for potential customers
* Quotation, consulting customers on products and projects of the company (Land, townhouse).
* Consulting, performing customer care, taking customers to visit the project to close the deal.
* Support and care for customers (potential, current, old) to create relationships with customers.
* Support customers with work related to Contract, payment and arising issues.
* Specific work will be guided in detail when working
* Marketing tools (searching for customers) such as: Online Marketing (posting, advertising Facebook, Google); sale phone, search for customers directly.
* Network development - customer data and reporting to superiors when required.
* Survey the market and the level of competition to update the knowledge for the job.
* Make periodical reports according to the company's regulations.
* Perform other arising tasks assigned by management.
