• Support, advise on services, answer customers' questions about interior materials should be used.
• User manual for customers, information support when customers have requirements for maintenance and repair of furniture.
• Take care, follow up the works, ensure the correct construction progress, collect debts of the works in charge.
• Coordinate with technical department to handle and solve customer's questions.
• Daily and weekly work reports according to the company's regulations.
