• Make a business plan and directly implement and execute the plan to achieve business goals.
• Directly participate in and control business activities of the department.
• Going to the market, looking for information on works under construction, customers in need, ..
• Access to send catalogs, portfolios, consulting products and services of the company.
• Searching for customers, consulting and selling products of aluminum and glass doors, aluminum and glass windows, aluminum and glass facades, glass bathrooms, glass balustrades, ceramic tiles, etc... for townhouse construction, especially villas, office buildings, exhibition centers, etc.
• Building and maintaining relationships with construction companies, design consultants, project management boards, Construction Departments of provinces, cities... to find customers who are building works.
• Quotation according to customer's required items, contract negotiation.
• Support other issues related to contracts, customers, debt collection.
• Responsible for ensuring personal sales / personal goals as required by the Management / Company regulations.
• Follow up with departments and partners on issues during construction.
• Report periodically (weekly/monthly) on the implementation of the plan and business results to the Line Manager and Leader.
