Job description
- Receive the assignment of the Sales Director to deploy sales in his Department
- Implement business plans, build, recruit, train and develop the Sales Department under his/her charge.
- Motivate employees to achieve the company's sales target.
- Manage, train and support employees of their department.
- Connecting between Sales Executives and Sales Directors
- Support sales staff.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Board of Directors.
Job requirements
- Experience in the position of Head of Real Estate Sales Department every month, experience in Land is preferred
- No team is required (- The company supports to complete the team building within 2 weeks)
- Experience in managing a sales team.
- Good planning, operating, and controlling skills
- Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
