- Self-search and exploit customer information through many channels to build a potential customer system;
- Proactively contact available customer data to care for and develop good relationships with customers;
- Convey product information, introduce products, services, and incentive programs to customers;
- Negotiate and convince customers to use the Company's products and services;
- Timely respond and contact relevant departments to assist in resolving problems reported by customers;
- Coordinate with the Marketing department to plan and implement sales programs;
- Perform other tasks upon request from Management.
