• Search and exploit potential customers who want to use one of the Website & Mobile App sales solution package services.

• Negotiate, convince and sign contracts with customers.

• Consulting and customer care about products.

• Directly implement and urge the implementation of the contract, including instructions on how to use the website admin, working with the sales admin department and related departments to carry out procedures related to the contract.

• Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, product installation/delivery time.

• Make weekly and monthly work plans and submit them to the Direct Manager for approval and execute according to the approved plan.
