1. Selling sea and air freight; import-export and logistics services
2. Find and develop new customers
3. Manage and take care of old customers
JOB DETAILS:
1. Search and build relationships with customers, ensure monthly sales
2. Consulting on solutions related to shipping and forwarding services, answering customer requests
3. Prepare quotes, track and handle shipments, negotiate terms and draft contracts according to the content agreed with customers
4. Responsible for: debt collection and settlement arising after sending goods
5. Care, to maintain good relationships with customers
6. Plan work and report work to the Sales Manager
7. Monthly reports on own sales activities, customer feedback and market information.
⭐ B. COMPETENCE / EXPERTISE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Know English or Chinese (beginner/advanced)
2. Graduated from College/University majoring in: foreign economics, shipping economics, foreign trade, business management, marketing
3. Understanding of import and export operations, Incoterms; proficiency in office computer.
4. Not afraid to move, likes to conquer challenges, has the ambition to do sales
5. Priority is given to having Sales/Cus experience in the freight forwarding industry. Can convert old customers from the old company to the new company immediately to get revenue. Proactively seek new customers, sell door-to-door domestic services, import-export, customs.
6. New graduates: the company will train.
