- Exploit needs and advise customers on the products the Company is distributing/developing.
- Resolve Customer Questions & Support about the Company's products.
- Consulting and customer care according to data sources: Self-exploitation, supplying company, customer marketing source, company segmentation, relationships,...
- Acquire and improve product and market knowledge to advise on closing customer contracts.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Report work performance to direct Manager.
