- Receiving customers on the system, daily updating and perfecting customer records to carry out online/offline marketing activities - Set personal and work goals according to the monthly, quarterly and annual BSI index of the Project Sales Department - Concretize plans and actions to carry out business and marketing activities on key customers of the project sales department according to the direction of the Board of Directors and the Company's strategy. - Implement business activities to achieve committed business goals. - Complete business and personal sales goals according to individual/departmental plans approved by the Board of Directors. - Make efforts to build good relationships with customers to promote sales activities and increase sales. - Timely discover new business opportunities and propose business development plans based on these opportunities. - Coordinate with other functional departments in the Company to develop the Project Sales Department and the entire Company. - Work according to the core values, cultural values and mission and vision of the Company
